Domino Score – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Domino Score, a mobile application (“App”) developed to help you keep score while playing dominoes with friends and family. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the App and any related services, including any subscriptions or in-app purchases. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription

Domino Score offers an optional subscription service (“Subscription”) that may include features such as:

  • Removal of in-app advertisements
  • Access to premium features
  • Additional customization options

Billing and Payment

  • The Subscription is billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account upon confirmation of the purchase.
  • Your Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Renewal charges will be applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

  • You can manage and cancel your Subscription through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
  • Deleting the App does not cancel your Subscription.

2. Free Trial (if applicable)

  • We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers.
  • If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your account will be automatically charged for the selected Subscription plan.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused periods or partial subscription durations. For billing issues, please contact the platform you used for the purchase (Google Play or Apple App Store).

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the operation of the App.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Domino Score, including logos, icons, and text, are the exclusive property of the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or redistribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App or its content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or inability to access it. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App and cancel any active Subscription.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
